Our pharmacy is what is known as a distance selling or internet pharmacy. This means that we offer a range of pharmacy services to our patients, wherever they may be across England.
A number of our services are provided without any face-to-face contact- you can get in touch via the telephone, through our website and email. All prescriptions are delivered to your chosen address.
For some private or advanced NHS services, we have a consultation room available.
We are a registered NHS pharmacy and we offer a range of NHS services.
Dispensing
We dispense all NHS prescriptions and deliver them for free to any address in England. We pay for the delivery of your medication so it doesn't cost you or the NHS a penny!
We also make sure that you have all the information and advice that you need to take your medication- either we'll send you written information or we will call you to talk you through what you need to know and to answer any questions that you might have.
We carry a wide range of stock and have numerous reliable suppliers so we can always get your medication to you promptly.
Repeat Dispensing
We dispense NHS Repeat Dispensing prescriptions too. This is when your GP authorises a repeated prescription over a certain period of time e.g. 3 months, 6 months etc. We will manage this for you, ensuring that each supply is suitable clinically by contacting you and delivered on time.
Medicine Containers
We dispense all medicines in child-resistant containers. If you need us to, we can put them in regular containers. Please remember:

NHS Unwanted Medicines Service
Please get in touch with us if you you have any unwanted medication that you would like to return to the pharmacy. We can then dispose of them safely.
NHS Health Advice and Self Care
We have trained pharmacists ready to give you health and medication advice so please get in touch if you aren't feeling well. We also give advice on general health issues, such as stopping smoking and eating healthily. And if we can't help you ourselves, we can point you in the right direction.

If you need a service that we don't provide, we will always refer you to a provider who can help.
Promotion of Healthy Lifestyles
We run various health campaigns and can help you with advice on living a healthier lifestyle.
Patient Medication Records
We hold computer records of all the prescriptions that we dispense for you. This allows us to dispense safely for you and check that all your prescriptions are safe for you against what you have in the past. If you purchase any over-the-counter medication from us, we also record this for the same reason.
We comply with the Data Protection Act, GDPR regulations and the NHS Code of Conduct on confidentiality. If you would like to discuss the records that we keep, please contact us at customerservices@365pharmacist.co.uk
If you have an emergency where you need one of your regular medicines without a prescription while the GP is closed, then we may be able to help. We must reiterate that this can only be done in an emergency and at the discretion of the pharmacist. It may incur a charge.
